Technical Difficulties

If you contact the support email due to technical difficulties, please describe in great detail what your problem is and what you were doing when it happened. The more information you include in your email, the easier it will be for me to help you! If Neo-Zero is not running properly, you should reinstall it as this may fix your issue.

The following are the minimum system requirements that your computer must meet in order to run Neo-Zero:
Operating system: Windows 7
Processor: Core 2 Duo E4300 (2 Cores - 1.8 GHz)
Memory (RAM): 4 GB
Graphics: GeForce GT 430 (must have updated drivers that support OpenGL 4)

If Neo-Zero is not working, you may need to install or update your computer's driver software. If your computer is missing its graphics software, the following websites may be helpful:
If your computer has a green sticker that says "Nvidia", "GTX" or "RTX", download and install your graphics software from: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/.
If your computer has a red or orange sticker that says "AMD", "Ryzen", "Radeon", or the sticker has the letters "A" or "E" followed by a number, download and install your graphics software from: https://www.amd.com/en/support.
If your computer has a blue sticker that says "Intel", "Core", "i3", "i5", "i7", or "i9", download and install your graphics software from: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html.
